GBC Gains Bootyfull Morning

GBC Gains Bootyfull Morning is a small group fitness class for up to 10 people. Work out for 1 hour on the beach, doing exercises to target your legs, glutes, and core, with a workout intense enough to challenge everyone from beginners to advanced.

Experience the feel of sand beneath your feet and fresh ocean air as you work out and reap the benefits of an invigorating morning in the elements.
